Odat\u0103 cu cre\u0219terea cerin\u021belor \u0219i a presiunii \u00een organiza\u021bii, mul\u021bi angaja\u021bi experimenteaz\u0103 epuizarea fizic\u0103 \u0219i mental\u0103, a\u0219anumitul\u00a0<em>burnout<\/em>. In acest context, este important ca organiza\u021biile s\u0103 pun\u0103 siguran\u021ba psihologic\u0103 pe agenda lor de strategii, integr\u00e2nd-o \u00een procesul de management \u0219i dezvoltare al echipelor.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">Iat\u0103 subiectele dezbatute in webinar:<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">Am definit <strong>conceptul<\/strong> de siguran\u021ba psihologic\u0103 si de ce este important\u0103 siguran\u021ba psihologic\u0103 la locul de munc\u0103<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">Am prezentat exemple pozitive, sau mai pu\u021bin pozitive de implementare a siguran\u021bei psihologice \u00een companii de renume<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">Am discutat diverse <strong>strategii \u0219i sugestii practice <\/strong>pentru a construi un mediu de lucru creativ \u0219i pe care s\u0103 le implementam cu echipa noastr\u0103<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">Nu am uitat s\u0103 discut\u0103m \u0219i despre ce <strong>provoc\u0103ri<\/strong> \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103m, ca leaderi, \u00een crearea siguran\u021bei psihologice \u00een echip\u0103, dar \u015fi \u00een organiza\u021bie \u015fi ce putem face pentru a trece peste aceste provoc\u0103ri<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">\u00cen sumar, principalele direc\u021bii pe care le putem urma sunt:<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\"><strong>Angajarea oamenilor potrivi\u021bi<\/strong>: este important s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m at\u00e2t competen\u021be, c\u00e2t \u0219i o atitudine potrivit\u0103, oameni care s\u0103 aduc\u0103 valoare culturii organiza\u021bionale.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\"><strong>Cultivarea unei culturi a \u00eencrederii<\/strong>: ca lider, este esen\u021bial s\u0103 promov\u0103m comunicarea deschis\u0103 \u0219i transparen\u021ba \u00een cadrul echipelor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\"><strong>Ascultarea activ\u0103<\/strong>: liderii trebuie s\u0103 arate un interes autentic pentru perspectivele celorlal\u021bi \u0219i s\u0103 le respecte opiniile.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\"><strong>Oferirea de feedback constructiv<\/strong>: este esen\u021bial ca liderii s\u0103 se concentreze pe solu\u021bii \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri, nu pe critic\u0103.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\"><strong>Celebrarea succeselor \u0219i e\u0219ecurilor deopotriv\u0103<\/strong>: \u0219i liderii trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be din gre\u0219eli \u0219i s\u0103 promoveze experimentarea.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-size: 110%;\"><strong>Promovarea vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bii<\/strong>: liderii trebuie s\u0103 arate prin propriul exemplu c\u0103 este \u00een regul\u0103 s\u0103 gre\u0219e\u0219ti sau s\u0103 ceri ajutor atunci c\u00e2nd ai nevoie.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">Acest webinar a provocat reflec\u021bie \u0219i angajament din partea participan\u021bilor, subliniind importan\u021ba continu\u0103rii acestei discu\u021bii cruciale.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-size: 110%;\">Este minunat ca PMI Romania organizeaz\u0103 aceste webinarii lunare unde abord\u0103m subiecte tehnice, specifice de project management, dar si cele de soft skills, care sunt foarte importante \u00een rolurile noastre de leaderi de echip\u0103. Echipa PMI Romania este o echip\u0103 ce pune mult suflet \u00een toate evenimentele \u015fi ini\u021biativele, o echip\u0103 dinamic\u0103 \u015fi de ajutor, experien\u021ba cu ei specific pe seminarul de siguran\u021b\u0103 psihologic\u0103 a fost extrem de pl\u0103cut\u0103.
