Lucrez \u00een managementul de proiect de aproape zece ani \u0219i pot spune cu m\u00e2na pe inim\u0103 c\u0103 nicio echip\u0103 de management \u00een construc\u021bii din care am f\u0103cut parte nu s-a asem\u0103nat una cu cealalt\u0103. Echipa era format\u0103 din membri cu v\u00e2rste diferite, genera\u021bii diferite de profesioni\u0219ti cu v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 22 de ani \u0219i 55 de ani. A\u0219adar, am adunat laolalt\u0103 oameni responsabili de comercial, achizi\u021bii, calitate, santier, instala\u021bii (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing &#8211; MEP) \u0219i securitate \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate. \u00cencep prin a men\u021biona c\u0103 nu cunoscusem pe nimeni \u00eenainte. To\u021bi veniser\u0103 din medii de lucru variate, lucraser\u0103 \u00een etape de proiecte diferite \u0219i, cel mai important, erau genera\u021bii diferite, fiecare cu o percep\u021bie diferit\u0103 despre cum se face&nbsp; management de proiect. \u00cen construc\u021bii nu trebuie s\u0103 existe loc de orgolii. Recunoa\u0219terea meritelor \u0219i recompensarea acestora a fost un mare plus care a f\u0103cut diferen\u021ba. Fie c\u0103 a fost vorba despre sume de bani, bonusuri, laude, aprecieri sau orice alt\u0103 form\u0103 de recompens\u0103 pentru a ridica stima de sine, toate au func\u021bionat excelent pentru a motiva to\u021bi membrii echipei, indiferent de v\u00e2rst\u0103. \u00cenainte s\u0103 \u00eenchei, a\u0219 vrea s\u0103 men\u021bionez \u0219i un exemplu \u00een care stilul meu de management nu a func\u021bionat \u0219i nu am reu\u0219it s\u0103 motivez membrii echipei s\u0103 colaboreze \u00een unison pentru binele proiectului. \u00cen perioada \u00een care lucram la un complex reziden\u021bial, am avut ocazia s\u0103 fiu managerul unei echipe aproape la fel de complex\u0103 ca cea men\u021bionat\u0103 mai devreme &#8211; oamenii erau de v\u00e2rste diferite \u0219i aveau idei diferite despre responsabilit\u0103\u021bile fiec\u0103ruia. Atunci c\u00e2nd am observat c\u0103 mul\u021bi dintre ei se ar\u0103tau sceptici la procesul de management pe care \u00eel propuneam, am conchis c\u0103 nu voi putea s\u0103 \u00eei motivez s\u0103 colabor\u0103m.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559731&quot;:720,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">&nbsp;<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00cen final, am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat c\u0103 motivarea unei echipe \u00een construc\u021bii reprezint\u0103 un aspect esen\u021bial al managementului de proiect, iar un lider eficient trebuie s\u0103 fie capabil s\u0103 utilizeze o gam\u0103 variat\u0103 de strategii \u0219i tehnici pentru a men\u021bine \u0219i stimula motiva\u021bia membrilor echipei.
