Tuturor ne este familiar\u0103 fie \u0219i una dintre aceste afirma\u021bii, mul\u021bi le-am auzit cel mai probabil deja pe toate. Ele sunt, de fapt, varia\u021bii ale aceleia\u0219i teme: \u201einteligen\u021ba este fix\u0103\u201d. Aceast\u0103 capacitate se extinde pe tot parcursul vie\u021bii \u0219i, de\u0219i este de necontestat c\u0103 \u00een copil\u0103rie curba \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii este mult mai pronun\u021bat\u0103 dec\u00e2t la alte v\u00e2rste, exist\u0103 v\u00e2rfuri semnificative ale evolu\u021biei pe domenii \u0219i la alte v\u00e2rste: \u00eentre 20 \u0219i 30 de ani este v\u00e2rful form\u0103rii materiei cenu\u0219ii. \u00centre 40 \u0219i 50 de ani este v\u00e2rful inteligen\u021bei numerice. \u00centre 50 \u0219i 60 de ani este v\u00e2rful ra\u021bionamentului inductiv. Iar \u00eentre 60 \u0219i 70 de ani este v\u00e2rful inteligen\u021bei verbale. Iar ceea ce men\u021bine aceste v\u00e2rfuri este antrenarea min\u021bii, asemenea unui mu\u0219chi, prin expunerea de experien\u021bei noi \u0219i la provoc\u0103ri. Carol Dweck, cercet\u0103tor, a dezvoltat conceptul de <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">growth mindset<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> \u2013 mentalitate axat\u0103 pe cre\u0219tere sau mentalitatea dezvoltat\u0103. Mentalitatea fix\u0103 consider\u0103 c\u0103 efortul este zadarnic sau chiar d\u0103un\u0103tor. Mentalitatea dezvoltat\u0103 vede efortul drept calea spre atingerea m\u0103iestriei. Cu alte cuvinte, neuroplasticitatea se refer\u0103 la capacitatea creierului de a se adapta \u0219i de a se reorganiza prin modificarea conexiunilor neuronale ca r\u0103spuns la experien\u021bele tr\u0103ite \u0219 procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Mentalitatea fix\u0103 va face mereu parte din via\u021b\u0103 noastr\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 putem s\u0103 ne asigur\u0103m c\u0103 nu aceasta este dominant\u0103, ci c\u0103 noi \u00eei control\u0103m raza de ac\u021biune. <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Putem<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> apoi identifica \u201etrigger-ul\u201d: ce anume ne face s\u0103 ne spunem c\u0103 nu vom reu\u0219i, c\u0103 nu suntem suficient de buni (poate provoc\u0103rile, poate gre\u0219elile pe care le-am f\u0103cut, poate contextele noi, poate cuvintele care ni s-au spus c\u00e2nd eram mici).
