I\u2019ve had the chance to dive into some amazing projects, like the Annual Conference 2023 | PM Perspectives and the upcoming Annual Conference 2024 | Project Management of the Future<\/strong><\/a> (happening on September 27, 2024<\/strong>\u2014don\u2019t miss it!). It\u2019s been such a joy to contribute my project management skills and to collaborate with a team that\u2019s as passionate and dedicated as I am.<\/span>\r\n\r\nThe opportunities I\u2019ve had to engage with the PMI community have really boosted my professional growth and made me feel more connected to the world of project management. Besides this: We\u2019re a creative and cheerful team with our inside jokes. Even during tough times\u2014a natural part of any project\u2014we stay positive and work together to find solutions.<\/span>\r\n\r\nTo future volunteers: Getting involved with PMI Romania isn\u2019t just about professional growth\u2014it\u2019s also personally fulfilling. You\u2019ll find a community where your efforts truly make a difference, and you\u2019ll form meaningful, lasting relationships. Whether you\u2019re just starting out in project management or you\u2019ve been at it for years, there\u2019s a place for you here. PMI Romania offers so many ways to get involved, from event planning to communications, education, and mentoring.
