Nelson, has arrived in Gala\u021bi, Ia\u0219i and Bucharest!<\/strong>\ud83c\udf89<\/span>\r\n\r\nProject management principles from the two volumes translated into Romanian<\/span>\r\n\r\n\ud83d\udcd6 \u201eThe tree house \u2013 The supreme project\u201d<\/span>\r\n\ud83d\udcd6 \u201eThe haunted house \u2013 The scariest project!\u201d<\/span>\r\n\r\ncame back to life in front of the children, through interactive presentations and discussions about:<\/span>\r\n\ud83c\udfaf what is a project<\/span>\r\n\ud83e\udde9 how we plan the steps<\/span>\r\n\ud83e\udd1d why teamwork makes the difference<\/span>\r\n\u26a0\ufe0f what are risks and how we manage them<\/span>\r\n\r\nIn Gala\u021bi, Ia\u0219i and Bucharest, our colleagues Catalina Ene, PMP, PSM1<\/strong><\/a>, Oana P.<\/strong><\/a> and Razvan Ichim<\/strong><\/a> were the ones who carried forward the energy of the project and transformed „serious” concepts into lessons understandable to the little ones.<\/span>\r\n\r\nIn a short interview, C\u0103t\u0103lina, one of the volunteers involved in organizing these workshops, best captured the real impact of the experience:<\/span>\r\n\r\n„It wasn’t just about the children’s joy in building houses. Beyond the practical side, they learned to organize themselves, truly take on their roles, and be careful with the budget, making sure they didn’t run out of resources by the end. All these challenges inspired them enormously.\u201d<\/span>\r\n\r\nAt the end of the activities, the children participated in a lessons learned session, where they reflected on how they collaborated, drawing extremely realistic and mature conclusions. From the organizers’ perspective, it was precisely this ability to adapt that was most impressive.<\/span>\r\n\r\n„I’ve seen very well-knit teams from the beginning, but also groups where different personalities met. For us, it was simply fascinating to observe how they managed these moments at their age and how they found a way to understand each other in order to build together,” added C\u0103t\u0103lina.<\/span>\r\n\r\nA very special moment was the spontaneous intervention of C\u0103t\u0103lina’s daughter during the interview. A participant in the workshop, she was eager to share, full of enthusiasm, how much she enjoyed the experience \u2014 especially the joy of working together, as a true team.\u201d<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
