We would like to announce that the election sessions for occupying the 7 open positions from the Board of Directors of PMI Romania Chapter has been successfully completed:

2. Vicepresident Membership and Recruiting
3. Director at Large Membership and Recruiting
4. Vicepresident Training and Certification
5. Director Training and Certification
6. Vicepresident Comunication and Advertising
7. Executive Secretary

For ensuring the transparency of the election process the setup of the platform and the monitoring has been done by PMI EMEA and by the provider VoteNet.

• Each good standing member of PMI Romania received an automated e-mail containing a link and an unique identifier for voting.
• At the time of the current voting the association had 382 members with voting rights.
• The results of the electronic ballot – Round 2 have been supplied by PMI EMEA on 16.09.2024.
• The voting presence during round 2 of elections organized for occupying the open positions from the Board of Directors of PMI Romania Chapter was 14,92%.

During the General Assembly Meeting organized on 16.09.2024, after round 2 of elections 0 (zero) votes have been expressed.
After the electronic ballot the decisions have been taken according to the association bylaws based on the votes expressed by the members with woting rights in the ecoud round of elections.
After this electios the new members of Board of Directors of PMI Romania Chapter are:

• Vicepresindent Membership and Recruiting – Cristina BĂNICĂ
• Director at Large Membership an Recruiting – Cătălin VOICU
• Vicepresident Training and Certification – Marius BĂDOI
• Director at Large Training and Certification – Daniela GANEA
• Vicepresident Communication and Advertising – Ionela AVRAM
• Executive Secretary – Mihai DUMITRU

Following this round of elections the new structure of the Board of Directors of PMI Romania Chapter is:

• President – Răzvan ICHIM
• Vicepresindent Membership and Recruiting – Cristina BĂNICĂ
• Director at Large Membership an Recruiting – Cătălin VOICU
• Vicepresident Training and Certification – Marius BĂDOI
• Director at Large Training and Certification – Daniela GANEA
• Vicepresident Communication and Advertising – Ionela AVRAM
• Director at Large Communication and Advertising – Cristina VASILACHE
• Vicepresident Finance and Treasury – Cristina DRAGOMIR
• Executive Secretary – Mihai DUMITRU

Candidates mandate will cover the timeframe between 01.01.2025-31.12.2026.
