Speaker short bio:
Daniela Chiricioaia is a recognized expert in the field of project management and agile transformation, with extensive experience in coordinating teams and implementing successful strategies. She currently holds the position of Senior Project Director at OPEN Groupe, where she contributes to the development and optimization of agile processes. Daniela graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science at the University of Constanța, with a master’s degree in computer science, and holds several certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Practice Consultant, DASSM and Agile Coach Enterprise.

In addition to her professional role, Daniela is involved as a volunteer in various organizations. She was a volunteer in PWN Global in the role of Mentoring Leader promoting Female Leadership. She is currently an associate volunteer in ICF Romania, actively contributing to the professionalization of Coaching in Romania. With a passion for agility, training, facilitation and personal development, Daniela is dedicated to inspiring and guiding professionals in achieving their goals.

Daniela also has significant experience in nonviolent communication, being an active facilitator in this field. She has organized and led numerous workshops and training sessions, helping participants develop their empathetic communication skills and manage conflicts in a constructive way.
